******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mahesh Kumar submits that untrace report has been filed in the Court but the same has not been accepted so far.

The petitioner has sought transfer of investigation in case bearing FIR No. 581 dated 05.09.2016, registered at Police Station Sadar Palwal, for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 435 read with Section 34 IPC.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail other legal remedy available to him under the law.
