Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.5 and 6, who are making attempts to kill them and are threatening them to withdraw FIR No. 105 dated 25.06.2016, under Sections 451, 380, 120B, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.5, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

#3 #! 4 & % Today, learned State counsel on the instructions from police official has apprised the Court that cancellation report finalized on 08.03.2017 has already been presented before the learned Illaqa Magistrate on 23.11.2019 and notice of the same has been issued to the complainant for 05.12.2019.
In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued in the case and the same is disposed off. However, petitioner would be at liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned Illaqa Magistrate at the time of consideration of cancellation report.
