Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above-said prayer.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ferozepur Range, Ferozepur, (respondent No.3) to decide the representation (Annexure P-9) within three weeks of producing the certified copy of the present order, in accordance with law.
