Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction be issued to Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ferozepur Range, Ferozepur (respondent No.3) to decide the representation (Annexure P-9) within a time-bound manner.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above-said prayer.
