On 08.07.2020, following order was passed:- "The petitioner prays for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal case arising from FIR No.125 dated 30.11.2019 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Ghuman, District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

In a nutshell, the case of the prosecution has been noticed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur in para 3, which is extracted as under:- "3. Present FIR was got registered by Hardeep Singh with the allegations that petitioner allured him that he will provide job to his son Lovepreet Singh in M.E.S. Petitioner obtained Rs.16 lacs DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2020.07.17 17:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-17883 of 2020 from Hardeep Singh and other persons on the pretext of providing above said job to them and thereafter, he gave them fake joining letters. When they demanded their money from petitioner, he abused them and threatened to kill them."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the first informant is with regard to a monetary transaction which has now been given the colour of criminal case. He submits that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount to the first informant.

Learned counsel for the first informant submits that he has no objection if the amount is paid. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, adjourned to 17.7.2020.

Let the petitioner bring a demand draft payable in favour of the first informant on the date fixed with regard to the amount due to show his bona fides."

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner is not in a position to pay the amount.

As prayed for, dismissed as withdrawn.
