This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 21.03.2023 (Annexure P-9) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), S.A.S. Nagar, vide which the application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC filed by the petitioners has been dismissed.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit itself has been withdrawn vide order dated 13.09.2025 passed in the National Lok Adalat and the Court fee has been refunded, thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such. 3.
