(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bachoo Singh, submits that if the petitioner provides the present location/address of the accused, the concerned police will conduct raid there to arrest the accused. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition reserving his right to approach this Court again in case of any such eventuality.
