PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.269 dated 02.10.2014 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is behind bars since 08.10.2014. No PW has been examined so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that all the co-accused have already been granted bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioner can be granted concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Jalandhar.
