(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.180 dated 25.10.2022, under Section 408 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Khanna City-2, District Khanna, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his other remedies available under the law. 3.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
