 . %/ '0 The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents No.2 and 4 to take appropriate action against SIT form by respondent No.4 for non-investigation of FIR No.142 dated 20.09.2020 (wrongly mentioned as 20.09.2022) under Sections 353, 188, 186, 332, 224, 506, 148, 149 and 269 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 3 of Punjab Property (Prevention of Damage) Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Payal.
