Through the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 365 dated 12.08.2016, registered under Section 379 IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines, District Amritsar.

The prosecution's case, as borne out from the record, is that the petitioner was serving as a Maid in the house of the complainant and while serving as such, along with one Sukhbaj Singh, stole the ATM Card of the complainant and then used the same for withdrawing cash on multiple occasions.

Crl. Misc. No. M-35752 of 2016 Counsel for the parties are ad idem that in spite of clear direction given by this Court, the petitioner did not join investigation. In view of the above, the petitioner, having violated the conditions, on which she was granted ad-interim anticipatory bail, has disentitled herself for the grant of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
