(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards the merits of the assertions made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar (respondent No.2) to examine the alleged threat perception as is stated to have been disclosed in representation dated 26.4.2022 (Annexure P-4). In case it is found that there is genuine threat to life and liberty of the petitioner, then necessary steps under law be taken thereupon at the earliest. A copy of this order along with copy of Annexure P-4 be sent to Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar (respondent No.2) so as to enable him to do the needful at the earliest.
