The order impugned in the present case is dated 25.03.2019 whereby interim maintenance was granted to the respondent. Since 2020, notice could not be served upon the respondent as she was not found residing at the given address. The petitioner has not taken any steps to furnish the complete/correct address of the respondent. Meanwhile, as per eCourt website of the District and Sessions Court, SBS Nagar, the main case itself stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, rendering the present petition infructuous.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Keeping in view the fact that the main case itself stands dismissed as withdrawn, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
