**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (Oral) 1.

By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to carry out proper enquiry into the representation dated 25.02.2024 (Annexure P-6) filed at the instance of petitioner No.1.

2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his clients would be satisfied in case direction is issued to the respondents to decide the representation dated 25.02.2024 (Annexure P-6) moved at the instance of petitioner No.1 by passing a speaking order expeditiously.

Prayer seems to be justified.
