Having regard to the stand taken by the learned State counsel that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and even accused have already examined five defence witnesses and two more witnesses are likely to be examined today and thus, only four defence witnesses are left to be examined, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition at this stage as the trial is likely to be concluded very shortly. Ordered accordingly.

However, in the event of any further delay, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition.
