BEDI, J (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence is made out from the circumstantial evidence produced on the record whereas the State counsel informs that the entire evidence has been produced before the trial Court and now the case is fixed for defence evidence and final arguments.

In view of above circumstances, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at the time of final arguments. (M.M.S. BEDI) February 10, 2015.
