The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the impugned order dated 13.09.2021, Annexure P6, passed by the Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana, whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in FIR No.127 dated 07.05.2020, registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present petition, to surrender before the trial Court and file an application for bail, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.
