*** Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his sister has since executed the sale deed in favour of the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant concedes this fact. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and in terms of the settlement between the parties, his custodial interrogation is not required.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 26.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
