    In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that parties are co4villagers and the offence for which the accused has been hauled up is not of heinous nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in &'() "')*+,"-(-. /)0(1()2()-+.3

# the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.122 dated 17.09.2015 registered at Police Station Nur Pur Bedi, Tehsil Anandpur Sahib, District Ropar under Section 420 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioner are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
