Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for seeking directions to respondents who has submitted cancellation report without considering the record in FIR No.132 dated 11.08.2013 under Section 147, 148, 420, 447, 467, 468, 471, 472, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Hasanpur, District Palwal.

Learned State counsel has submitted that after thorough investigation of the case, 72 persons were arrested. Learned State counsel has further submitted that after completion of investigation and necessary formalities, challan will be presented in the Court within one month from today.
