" 2. Learned counsel submits that the similar benefit has been granted to the employees vide order dated 04.09.2024, Anneuxure P-6. In this regard, a legal notice dated 23.12.2024, Annexure P-7, has been served upon respondents, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 23.12.2014, taking note of Annexure P-6 within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities MOHIT 2025.03.27 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-8731-2025 (O&M) -2would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
