ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The petitioner herein is a retired employee. In substance, the petitioner complains that though he has been held entitled to the benefit of the Assured Career Progression Scheme on completion of 9 year service with effect from 08.06.2012 vide order dated 23.04.2018, however, no arrears have been paid.
On instructions from Sh. Malwinder Singh, Senior Assistant, Office of Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry, Patiala, the learned counsel representing the State of Punjab submits that the department realizes its mistake and the steps are already under way to remedy the same. He further submits that the arrears payable to the petitioner as per order dated 23.04.2018, shall be paid within a period of two months from today, positively. The learned counsel representing the petitioner that the writ petition be disposed of.
Ordered accordingly.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
