The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 75 dated 30.06.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur. Heard.

Learned counsel for the complainant has placed on file copy of compromise, vide which the matter has since been amicably settled with the petitioner.

Keeping in view the fact that both the parties have settled the Jyoti 2017.09.27 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-34984-2017 -2dispute and petition seeking quashing of FIR has also been filed, which is fixed for 22.11.2017, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the police and join investigation within a week. In the event of his arrest being required, he shall be released on bail till the presentation of challan, subject to his furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. However, he shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2)(i) to (iv) Cr.P.C. failing which he shall loose the benefit of bail allowed to him and will seek regular bail on presentation of challan. It is, however, made clear that in the event the petitioner failing to join the investigation, he will loose the benefit of pre-arrest bail allowed to him.
