**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner though instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in FIR No.60 dated 06.04.2023 registered at Women Police Station Rohtak, under Sections 376(2)(n), 377, 328 and 506 of IPC to crime branch and to conduct a fair, proper and impartial investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that accused i.e. respondent No.4 is the son of a police officer, thus, police despite registration of FIR on 06.04.2023, is not taking appropriate action against the accused.

Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that the matter is under investigation and appropriate action would be taken against accused irrespective of he being son of a police officer.

The FIR was registered on 06.04.2023 i.e. few days back, thus, the investigation is at nascent stage and it would not be appropriate on the ANJU GOEL 2023.04.24 17:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

This Court is sanguine of the fact that Investigating Officer without being influenced by the fact that respondent No.4 is son of a police officer would investigate the matter in fair, just and appropriate manner and take the investigation to its logical end.
