The instant petition has been filed seeks appointment of an Arbitrator in terms of provisions of Section 11 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

It has been submitted that as of now both the parties have agreed and reached at a consensus to appoint an Arbitrator mutually, which is acceptable to both of them. It has thus been submitted that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforestated position the instant petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
