       The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondent-authorities to take a decision on the representation dated 30.12.2021 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner wherein the petitioner has prayed for grant of No Objection Certificate for running Diploma in Veterinary Livestock Development Course in Sanskar Bharti Veterinary College at village Pali, Tehsil and District Mahendergarh.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Haryana submits that the petitioner has not actually moved the representation (Annexure P-4) before the competent authority and in case the petitioner Samiti moves a representation in accordance with the Rules and Regulations, the competent authority will consider and decide the same in accordance with the policy framed by the Government of Haryana dated 05.09.2019 regarding grant of No Objection Certificate to new veterinary colleges.

In view of the statement made by learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of.
