NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 15.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda, vide which the case of the petitioner for grant of parole has been rejected.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 29.04.2024 today in Court. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the counsel opposite.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as per law.
