-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.0105 dated 17.09.2018 registered under Sections 376D, 506 IPC at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur.
Counsel for the petitioner herein inter alia would contend that the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2019 and the challan already stands presented. It is further contended that the allegations in the FIR are totally vague pertaining to an incident, which took place three months prior to filing of the FIR. The complainant was already married, however, left company of her husband to accompany the petitioner and has now solemnized marriage with some other person. The trial is likely to take some time to conclude and therefore, seeks concession of bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State opposes the regular bail while contending that no ground for bail is made out. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
