(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the order dated 29.01.2025, Annexure P-9, issued by the third respondent, and a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to join against the post of Computer Instructor (category no.9) in Skill Development & Industrial Training Department advertised vide advertisement 12/2019 by giving marks under socio-economic criteria. The claim has been raised on the basis of judgment dated 20.12.2023 rendered by a co-ordinate Bench in Civil Writ Petition No.12218 of 2022 titled Pooja Rani v. State of Haryana and others. 2.

Learned State counsel contends that effect and operation of the judgment has been stayed by a Division Bench vide order dated 09.01.2025 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.3288 of 2024 titled Haryana Staff Selection Commission v. Pooja Rani and others.
