Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.101 dated 24.08.2021, under Sections 22, 25 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana (Rural).

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
