ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) The matter appears to be squarely covered by the order and judgment of this Court, dated 25.09.2012, rendered in RFA No. 1331 of 1990, titled "Smt. Raminder Kaur widow of Devinder Singh (through LRs) and others v. State of Punjab through the District Collector, Jalandhar and others", and other connected matters, vide which in the appeals filed by the claimant/landowners, this Court had enhanced the compensation to Rs.3,230/- per marla. And as a result, the appeals filed by the Municipal Corporation were dismissed.

That being so, as a necessary consequence, the present appeal too is dismissed.
