(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondents to take necessary action against the in-laws of the petitioner and to provide protection to her and her parents. In this regard she has also approached the authorities by way of representation dated 09.08.2017 (Annexure P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.3 be directed to look into the representation dated 09.08.2017 (Annexure P-3), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
