Ms. Mahima Yashpal, AAG, Haryana **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking grant of regular bail in F.I.R No. 406 dated 24.06.2015 under Sections 307/34/498-A IPC, registered at P.S Sadar Rohtak, District Rohtak.

Learned State counsel submits that out of 48 witnesses, 32 have been examined and the petitioner is the sole accused who is facing trial and statement of the deceased has also been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition Dismissed as withdrawn.
