**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.489 dated 04.12.2022 registered with Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur under Sections 306 of IPC.

Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for petitioners at length. 5.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ayu Masih submits that the investigation in the present case is still going on and petitioners No.1 and 3 have already been granted concession of anticipatory bail by this Court whereas petitioner No.4 has been granted concession of regular bail.

In view of the fact that the investigation is still going and petitioners have already been granted concession of anticipatory bail/regular bail, at this stage, I do not find any ground to pre-judge the allegations levelled in the FIR, as such the present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach this Court again for the similar relief in case any challan is presented against them. 7.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
