Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the statements of the petitioners have been recorded, wherein it has been stated that there is no threat perception to the petitioners as of now. 3.

There is a serious dispute with regard to the date of birth of petitioner No. 1 at the time of her marriage, however, now petitioner No. 1 has attained majority and is happily residing with her husband. 4.
