-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.218 dated 25.4.2022 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 34 IPC at Police Station Tosham District Bhiwani.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties are closely related and now the matter has been compromised between the parties with the intervention of respectables and both the petitioners have joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order dated 11.5.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and they have also paid PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.10.31 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-20162-2022 `50,000/- to the complainant party in compliance of the directions issued by this Court dated 11.5.2022.

State counsel on instructions from SI Prem Kumar has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and submits that petitioner who has associated with the investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order dated 11.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
