(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.145 dated 01.08.2017 under Section 22 of NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Learned State counsel submits that 800 tablets of Alprazolam were recovered from the petitioner. Quantity thereof comes to 122 Grams. Besides, out of 05 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 01 has been examined. Thus, petitioner is not entitled to concession of bail at this stage. Dismissed.
