This is a petition for anticipatory bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023', in a case arising out of FIR No.291 dated 21.11.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465 and 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act 2014, Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar (Rural).

Vide order dated 27.03.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. 3.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance with above mentioned order dated 27.03.2026, the petitioner has already joined the investigation. The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that in view of above, the order dated 27.03.2026 be made absolute. On the instructions of SI Jagdev Singh, the learned State Counsel has submitted that in compliance with the order dated 27.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 08.04.2026, and that for further investigation of this case custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

In view of above, the order dated 27.03.2026, whereby interim anticipatory bail was accorded to the petitioner, is hereby made absolute. 6.
