Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Santokh Singh, Police Station, Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur, submits that in compliance of the order dated 05.11.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 05.11.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
