**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) Petitioner Ankit has filed the present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.30 dated 09.05.2016, under Sections 365, 354-A, 354-D, 376, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Rohtak, District Rohtak.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that initially in the FIR only allegation raised was that the petitioner had enticed the daughter of the complainant without there being any allegation of sexual abuse as later stage made out. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2016 and out of 20 witnesses, the main witnesses, namely, the prosecutrix, her father and brother have already been examined.

Mr.Anmol Malik, AAG, Haryana, has appeared on behalf of respondent(s)-State and contested the bail application. From the record, I find that the petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2016 and the main witnesses, namely, the prosecutrix, her father and brother have already been examined. The trial of the case will take long time. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner in custody furthermore.
