(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 30.10.2019 vide which the writ petition was disposed of directing the respondent No.4 Superintending Engineer (H&E Circle), Municipal Corporation, New Deluxe Building, Sector 17, Chandigarh, to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Head Mali. A perusal of the paperbook would show that vide order dated 18.05.2020 (Annexure P8), the claim of the petitioner has already been rejected.

Be whatsoever, there is no willful disobedience of the order, accordingly no ground for contempt is made out. Dismissed.
