Prayer in the present petition for directing the respondents to decide the case of the petitioners that was kept pending vide order dated 13.09.1999, Annexure P-5.

Learned State counsel refers to the order impugned, wherein it has been stated that the petitioners were not entitled to the benefit of counting of ad hoc service towards senior scale/selection grade/proficiency step-up and seniority for the time being as Hon'ble the Supreme Court vide orders dated 31.07.1995 and 07.04.1996 had stayed the orders passed by this Court. He further refers to preliminary submission Nos.1 and 2 of the written statement dated 29.05.2003, to which there was no rebuttal by filing any replication and appended therewith the appeal filed by the State in the case of State of Punjab and Others vs. Harjinder Kaur and Others, having allowed by setting aside the judgments under challenge on 20.02.2001. In terms of which, vide order dated 30.04.2003, Director Public MOHIT 2025.04.05 15:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
