ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) This is the petitioner's 5th attempt to get bail pending trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No.176, dated 28.11.2019, registered under Section 21, 22 of NDPS Act, 1985, at Police State Nahianwala, District Bathinda, Punjab.

Sh. Nikhil Chopra, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, has stated that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. In view thereof, it would not be appropriate to grant concession of bail at this stage.

With these observation, the present petition is disposed of. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
