Instant petition has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 02.12.2024, Annexure P-1, passed by the Writ Court in CWP-32369-2024.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondent. 3.

State counsel has placed on record a copy of Office Order No.86, dated 17.03.2025, and states that representation dated 11.12.2024, Annexure P2, filed by the petitioner has been decided and a speaking order has been passed.
