**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 111 dated 9.7.2014, registered under Sections 363, 366, 120-B IPC and Section 376 IPC and Section 4/17 of POCSO Act (added later on), Police Station City Batala, District Gurdaspur. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 7.10.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail.
