This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking reinvestigation of the case registered pursuant to FIR No. 366 dated 04.12.2014 at police station Focal Point Ludhiana, district Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits before submitting its final report, investigating agency did not consider the version of the petitioners.

Notice of motion.

On the last date of hearing, Mr. Shilesh Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab was asked to assist the court. He, however, refutes the plea of the petitioners. According to him, case was thoroughly investigated. Offence under section 302 IPC was added on the basis of dying declaration of Sehanaj Khatoon who was burnt alive by pouring kerosene oil on her. According to him, charges have been framed and trial is now proceeding. In my considered view petition is totally frivolous and needs to be out-rightly dismissed. Ordered accordingly.
