MADAAN Present:- Mr. Maninder Singh Bajwa, Advocate for the petitioner. *** It is contended that on 28.6.2017 at about 6 O' clock in the morning, when petitioner was returning home from his tubewell, respondents no. 4 and 5 trespassed in the house of petitioner and they inflicted injuries upon him. He was medico legally examined. The matter was reported to the police but police did not lodge any F.I.R. On the other hand, under political influence F.I.R. No. 57 dated 4.7.2017 under Sections 452, 326, 324, 323, 34 IPC was registered against the petitioner and his sons with Police Station Tarsika, Amritsar. The petitioner has submitted representation dated 15.7.2017 in that regard to SSP Amritsar (Rural) but no action has been taken thereon. The petition is disposed of directing Senior Superintendent of Police Amritsar (Rural), to look into the grievances of the petitioner as contained in representation dated 15.7.2017 and to take necessary action in the matter as per law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
