**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of direction to respondent 2 to take action against respondent no.4 and decide his representation (Annexure P-1).

Notices served upon the official respondent no.2 only through the State's counsel.

Mr. Dhruv Dayal, Sr. DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.2 and waives service. Given the nature of order this Court proposes to pass, no notice is required to be issued to other respondents. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if respondent no.2-SSP, Moga, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in a time bound manner. Given above, this petition is partly allowed. Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) within 10 days from today.
