Mr. Narinder Singh, Advocate, for respondent No.2. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.189 dated 19.11.2014 registered under Sections 406 and 506 IPC at Police Station Doraha, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Compromise dated 29.11.2018, duly signed by both the parties, produced in Court today, is taken on record. According to the compromise, respondent No.2-complainant has no objection in quashing the aforesaid FIR and in turn petitioner would permit respondent No.2 to take away machine (Randa) from her house. That apart, petitioner would withdraw her civil suit against respondent No.2 pending adjudication before the civil Court at Payal and respondent No.2 would also withdraw all applications and cases, if any filed against the petitioner. In toto, both sides are ready not to pursue their litigation of any RAVINDER SINGH 2018.12.01 14:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Respondent No.2-Gurdeep Singh, who is present in Court along with his counsel, submits that he has no objection if the present petition is accepted and aforesaid FIR is quashed. In view of no objection of respondent No.2-complainant, petition is accepted. FIR No.189 dated 19.11.2014 along with all consequent proceedings arising therefrom is quashed with direction to the petitioner to withdraw her civil suit against respondent No.2 on the next date of hearing positively.

Both the sides shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise.

Disposed of.
