(ORAL) Reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division City, District Hoshiarpur and the custody certificate of the petitioner, as forwarded by learned State counsel to this Court through e-mail, are taken on the record. However, after arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
