(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with the fact that a charge-sheet has been issued to the petitioner and proceedings are pending against him and that there is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioner has approached the respondent-authorities for an early decision in respect of the charge-sheet issued to him, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the respondent-authorities seeking early decision in the case initiated against him. Mr.

Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, submits that in case the petitioner does so, the authorities concerned would look into the matter and decide the proceedings initiated against him pursuant to the charge-sheet issued to him as expeditiously as possible. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
